    1. Hey Jodi! How're you? We've been fortunate that this winter hasn't been terribly cold and snowy! It looks like mid-March or later out there right now and I'll take it! We're supposed to get some snow/freezing rain tomorrow though. It's nice to see bare patches in the yard though. One of these days I'll get to the library again. It's only opened a few days a week.

  2. Oh no, being bookless is the worst. I usually turn to the e-books when I'm between "real" books and library trips. Hope you have a wonderful week!

    1. I've been so busy that I haven't had much time to think about reading anyway. I do like having a book...I wish I enjoyed e-books, but I don't like reading on a device unless it's something quicker like blogs or short articles. I guess I'm "old school".

  3. Our high today is supposed to be 70 F. I'm so glad spring is on its way!

I'm bookless right now too, but I've been working on so many other things I haven't really had time to read.

    1. Me too, Sarah! When I do have free time I've been working on my crochet blankets or getting things ready for the new camper or spring clean-up (even though weather says it's not quite spring yet). I'm sure when things settle down a bit, I'll have a book in my bag!

    1. Thanks, Paula! I'm quite happy with my afghan, but it's going to be MONSTROUS! LOL It'll definitely keep us cozy sleeping in the campervan during the cooler months!

  5. Hope that lone flip flip is retrievable before it is actually needed. Great description og the melting snow, though. Have a great week and enjoy your trip to the library!

    1. No worries! It was from a pair of 98 cent flip flops from WalMart last summer. The kids go through them, no matter the price, so I just stick to the cheapos! LOL

    1. Thanks! I actually didn't have much time to get this post up and did it "on the fly". Sometimes the best words are those we don't think much about before jotting them down.

    1. Thanks, Joanna! The blanket is coming right along. I'm decided if I want to stop around 9 months though as 12 months may make for a 10 foot long blanket! It'll take 2 of us to deal with it! LOL
