We haven't quite reached Mud Season here in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, when the muck gets at least axle-deep. Instead, we're trying to survive Pot Hole Season, during which the 1.5 mile drive down into the village takes 15-20 minutes, depending on how badly you want to torture your vehicle's suspension system.
Oh, I know it! Right now we're dealing with mud AND frost heaves. It's a bouncing ride! Pot Hole Season comes soon after. :sigh: And then ALIGNMENT SEASON. ;)
Oh, I hear you on the snow! We're still well covered! But I think the garden only has a food or so left on it...and there's some brown patches under trees...
